    3. AI Estimates

    Estimates provided by the Elite Scoper tool are non-binding and automatically generated by AI. Final pricing may vary based on detailed discovery and actual project requirements.

    4. Intellectual Property

    Brand assets uploaded for Brand Motion Kits remain your property. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

    5. Payments & Refunds

    Payments are processed through secure gateways (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, PayPal). Refund policy depends on project status and delivery stage. Sensitive payment data is never stored on our servers.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Elite Digital Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on AI-generated estimates.
